Doctor’s Advice

Replace your toothbrush (or toothbrush heads on sonic toothbrushes) every 3 months.
Caffeine BEFORE a dental procedure prevents anesthetic from taking affect, which means it will take longer to get numb.
Caffeine AFTER will help the anesthetic to wear off more quickly.
Always have something to eat before coming in for a procedure that requires anesthetic.
Perio maintenance is essential after having gone through perio therapy. Please be sure to keep your every 3 or 4 month recall appointments.
